Zt water spewing out

Just wanted to double check with you all. Drove car hard earlier (1.8t) and saw a little steem come out of bonnet when stopped. I looked and saw water sprayed over engine bay and all around the cap. (Also on expantion tank there was coolant that was white foam bubbles+coolant NO oil mix and nothing mixed with water or oil) No hissing was going on when I opened bonnet and car did not go above 100c heaters are all ok and no over heating.



It has a 140 cap but don't know how old this is. And head was done 2 years ago. Resister has been changed to gold 100w also.



When I checked water level last It was above the max. (Aprox 1 to 2 cm above the max)
