Kenwood KDC5201 in 800

Long story but basically I've swapped the faulty radio/head unit in my 800 for a KDC5021 from a 25. All working fine except the original boot mounted cd changer lead terminates (at the dashboard end) in a 10 pin block and the Kenwood unit has a round din connection. Anyone know where I can get an adapter to connect the two? I don't want to run a new cable the length if the car.
