Rover 600 Steering Wheel change?

Hi all



I have a 98 Ti and would like to change the steering wheel to something smaller. Having looked into this a bit, I have seen conflicting info - some saying other MG/Rover wheels fit and other info suggesting there are no direct swaps. Can anybody clarify definitively?



I am hoping to change to something looking a bit more asthetically pleasing, with a thicker, grippier wheel - but with a smaller diameter. I'm not too keen on aftermarket looks - any thoughts?
