Which socket for tf seat removal ?

Hi , looks like I'm soon going to be a mgf owner , the owner has said that the drivers side carpet is badly worn and is about the only thing spoiling the car , in my local breakers today I found a TF with a decent carpet but I have to strip out the interior to get it out , are the seat bolts the Torx type or the other weird and wonderful "R" (? ) type . How long should I allow for removal of the carpet ? many thanks
