Alarm goes off when car unlocked with remote

My alarm goes off when I open my door with my remote. I read a few threads so I changed my car battery as its charge was low, but I didn't have trouble starting the car or opening the doors. Anyway, new battery, but the alarm still goes off after opening the door after unlocking with the remote. I removed and then put back the two alarm fuses under the passenger dashboard. Starting to annoy the neighbours in the morning when going to work. Your help would be appreciated.
