How difficult/expensive is it to replace a fuel pump on a 1.8 vvc

Hi

I am going to view a 1.8 VVc bubble tomorrow. It's a non runner due to the fuel pump not working. It has been laid up for 4 years plus



Is this an expensive/difficult part to replace.



Or would this indicate a more serious problem?



Any advise or pointers would be gratefully appreciated
