Wheel Alignment

After having the offside rear tie arm replaced at a garage I expected the alignment to be out, but not this much!

I would of thought they would at least try to get it the same length as the original! But it is miles out, and it crabs like I don't know what! Might try and adjust it myself so I can at least drive it!
