How much to change a IMG?

Ok,



I know the parts are under £20, but I'm not confident doing it myself. I've rung a local garage and they got back to me and quoted me £140.



I think that's a little steep for what's considered an "easy" job?



Any thoughts about what I should be paying?



If push comes to shove and I can get some help I may try it myself, but don't even have a Torque wrench.
