Dealer lied about owners

Got my V5 today, 4 previous owners. This makes me the fifth. The advertisement clearly says 3 previous owners. The V5 shows the last owner from 2009, so the dealer isn't on there.



I paid and signed as "trade only", so no warranty implied so they say, but surely this is misleading? Maybe there's a cooling off period they've avoided because the V5 takes so long to come?
