Broken sunroof

Hi , my 45's sunroof isn't functioning correctly . The pop up function works correctly but the glass panel refuses to retract inside the roof panel . The glass panel will drop down when the button is pressed but then makes no progress backwards . Runners and seal are well lubricated . Any ideas ?
