How much difference between 143 and 160VVC engines?

Please don't say 17:)



I'm hunting for a new engine and have found a 143. If I bought it, I would put the 160's coil packs on and run the 160 management (I assume I can do this, please correct me if there are sensors or triggers that I won't be able to connect)



How much can I realistically expect to lose this way, if anything?
