I am going to re-gas my Hydragas

I am getting fed up with the ride on my R100. I have had the units pumped up with fluid and that makes it a bit better but it is still awful over speed bumps. Reading up on the system it is obvious that I am running with next to no Nitrogen in the spheres.



Here is my plan:



1. Search local scrap yards for 4 x spheres.

2. Inspect them for damage, if OK drill into top sphere and fit valve. If not goto 1.

3. Recharge with Nitrogen

4. Replace my existing units.



This will be a long job and will take a while. I know there is a service on e-bay that will do it but it would cost me £400 for the whole car and I don't have that sort of money.
