Lights Pulsing

Back again!



This time its electrical. I noticed the dash likes dimming in a pulsing fashion. also noticed that all the lights including headlights, rear lights and even interior light do the same. seems to start after driving for a few minuets. I put a volt metre on the battery and i seem to be getting 14.0v with the car running when it doesn't pulse. Then when the pulsing starts i get anything between 13.4v and 13.7v.



My guess would be the Alternator but i thought i would see if anyone else has suffered the same issue.
