Lower Arm Bush Replacement!

So the knocking was starting to get very bad and driving me insane, i posted a pic on another thread before but here it is if you dint see...

Well after ringing a few breakers yards and being told they don't have one i decided to go down the bush replacement road knowing the bush is on Rimmers for under £10!



The lower arm is quite a beast on the 45 (same as Honda i believe?) Rather than take the hole thing off i split it in 2 on the car even though Rover don't like you doing it. Bit tricky to get it over the stud that's left but bit of wiggling and its off.

The Bush was a nightmare to remove, i took it to a guy with a huge press but still he had trouble. Its all back on the car now and its so quiet!
