Stuck On Solid Door Protectors!!!

Looking to tidy things up a bit on this 45 but i really need to get shot of these...

Any ideas on whats best to use to remove them? There stuck on real good and i dont want to damage the paint. I had a 105+ZR for a short time that had them and the doors were starting to rust under them!
