Why do people do it?

This is more of a rant than anything else.



I live in Surbiton now, on a fairly nice road. For the 3rd time since moving here 4 months ago I have come out to find someone had stubbed a cigarette out on my car boot.



I cant understand why some people are so disrespectful. It's parked closeish to a pub so I can only guess someone is coming out after a few and thinks its funny.



Thankfully the last two times they stubbed it out in some water that has collected on the boot lid, but the first time they just stubbed it out on the boot itself - very lucky it did no damage.



I'm worried the duck tard thats doing it will one day think it would be funny to do it on the roof.



Why should I have to worry about something that means a lot to me being ruined by others?



Sometimes I hate humans.
