Door open warning light

My door open warning light has started to come on all by itself. Searching through the history files on this, it is mentioned that the bonnet switch might lift up slightly at speed. Removed the switch and its still on. I need to isolate the problem so does anyone know where the door and tailgate switches are located? Haynes was no help as normal.
