mk1 rover 45 head lamp bulbs?????

hello all



well i got a set of head light bulbs of e-bay for my 2000 reg 45



2 h7 bulbs



and



2 h1 bulbs fir the high beam



but when i came to fit them on the car it seems that the are 4x h7 bulbs on my car



is that right? do i use h7 blubs for the high beam? as well as for the dip beam?
