tps electrial problem

hi all looking for some help,



missed a gear in my zr the other day and it revved in netral whilst driving, I then got a misfire over 3k and after tracking the problem I found the tps to be at fault after I unplugged it and the car ran fine I pluged it back in and obd is still reading 100% as if it was unplugged, ive tried a new tps and problem still exists as 100% tried reseting it and ive checked the engine bay fuses all seam ok any advice
