Boot Lid Removal/Swap

My boot lids is damaged and I've acquired a replacement and want to swap them over. My main concerning is the wiring loom and third light but have not been able to trace a 'How To' for a lid swap.



Would be grateful if anyone has any links to tips on how to proceed with this job?
