Down pipe/flexi joint exhaust

Does anyone know we're to get a decent one of these from? I noticed exhaust gases puffing out from around this area the other week and a hissing under load. It's not the boost pipes as I've had these off and checked them, no noticeable Loss of power. I originally thought it was the turbo whooshing but it got noticeably louder as the weeks went on. I did look at a full system from dark ice but £400+ is waaaay out of my budget ?
