Handbrake

Ok Had m car Mot done and it failed on the CV gaiter and handbrake.



I have tightened the hand brake under the armrest although there doesn't seem to be that great of difference. parking the car on hills I have to leave the car in gear so it doesn't role.



I have sprayed WD40 onto the had brake on the rear calliper is there a way of freeing it off from there? or so I need replacement callipers?
