hazards

Hi guys need your help/advice again!!!!

Started car this morning and hazard warning lights came on and won't switch off, ignition off they work as they should but soon as ignition is switch on hazards flash and won't switch off!!! Also the automatic central locking seems to odd!! Done the usual things like disconnect battery but no use.
