MG ZR 1.4 K Series - problems before insurance

Im 19 years old, with my legendary MG ZR 1.4 K-series which is coming upto 70k miles and its been a pleasure to drive but with some problems that do need addressing, here as follows:



Exaust Is the major problem - it rattles and sounds to me there is a hole somewhere and recently become even louder as the leak has become worse.



Oil is in wrong places, even under the spark plugs, and have like small puddles underneath em. - no smoke visible



Head gasket head is slightly leaking but nothing major



Center manifold is slightly leaking



clinder 2 is misfiring



battery dies after 4 days of not driving



Water is fine - no signs of oil being sucked in



Is anything I should really fix before its MOT in November 2015?, my insurance runs out in July 2015. Is it worth keeping or get rid after my insurance ends? I don't want to spend a lot on it, as I have paid 2k to get it and 1k just for insurance, so im literally skint. I have fallen in love with this car and I want to keep it. If anyone can recommend quick fixes or things to look out for, that would be greatly appreciated.
