zs handle help

owdo chaps,newby,bought zs 180 cheap but later found out why,loadsa niggles,sortin sum,stuck on flexi handles.car is dec. 02 with security plates behind door handles,led to believe was face-lift mod,took all internals out,how de hell do u remove plates to remove external flexi handles,plz help !
