Strange noise from one of the wheels

Hi guys,

Last two weeks I have noticed a metal rattle coming from the left front wheel. The sound is like coins in a bag being shaken. That kinda. It happens over around 40 km/h and it is more obvious when i turn right, specially in the roundabouts... Id say it is always rattling but it is more obvious at low speeds cos I have the windows open now in summer....
Any idea what it can be?
Ill take it to the garage this week.
