Wastegate actuators. Are all L Series the same?

So, are the wastegate actuators fitted to all L Series cars the same? Would one off of a 220D be the same as one on a ZS? I'm just asking as I still scavenge the occasional part off of my old 220D (recently a little bit of vacuum tube, perfect) and in my quest to get to 19psi I might end up swapping the actuator. The adjuster on the ZS's wastegate is very, very resistant to moving at all. I've chewed up the shaft a little bit with molegrips trying to make the locking nut come free. Where as I was able to get the adjuster off of the 220D with basically no struggle.

On the ZS its a bit like the locking nut and the adjuster have rusted together perfectly into one unit. Its a bit weird. Anyway, wastegates. Are the all the same?
