The dreaded emissions failure

Hi Guys,
I'm back again after password problems and as usual looking for help.

MGF 2000 (120HP) MPI Mems 1.9,

MOT Failure due to emissions High CO (1.5)

Engine definitely overfuelling (I think)

No Logged Fault Codes

Tick Over 850 /900rpm
New Cat
New Lambda

On start up revs increase to 1200 then drop back to 850 after a short while

Temp gauge working as per normal
Oil Temp seems to be going a little higher but not sure

Car runs great but seems to be using more petrol 1/2 tank for 140 miles but maybe that is the tank indication.

Any help ?????
