1.6 door barrel swap. Easy or not?

1.6 door barrel swap. Easy or not?

Having a 1.6 Tf means I do not have remote door access. So I use the high tech gadget called a key.
After 12 years of using the key the barrel does not always spring back after unlocking.

I have not found a seller of graphite oil, so wondered if I could just swap the barrel for the passenger side door lock barrel. It has only been used about 5 times.

Is this worth doing?
Any advice would be very helpful.
