Unable to upload pictures

Just wondering if any of the forum mods can help me. I have a few bits and pieces to get rid of, some to give away, others to sell.

I can access the for sale section, but everytime i try and upload a picture it says "invalid image" regardless of the size of the file or the format. I am a paid up supporter so thats not what is causing the issue.

I also cannot upload avatars.

I have tried using Firefox, Opera and MS Edge to upload and nothing works. If anybody can point me in the right direction it would be appreciated.
