Wicked vibration when pulling away. Engine mount ?

When I pull away in 1st gear on the Mk2 25 there is a bad vibration
on the car, it eases if you put your foot down more but the turbo
kicks in too much and its not safe in my opinion solving this with
speed so I just wanted to know if this is the engine mounts on there
way out ?

The car has a new clutch and is on 108k.
