Lowering Rover 25 with Springs/Coilovers

Hey Guys,
Just looking for some advice here as I am planning to lower my 25 but im unsure whather to go with lowering springs or coilovers. Springs are £180 and coilovers are £500. I have weighed a few advantages/disadvantages for both but was wondering whether anyone ouyt there had done wither to their 25 and had any pics they wouldn't mind showing me so I can see what they look like on the car.
