160 Engine lifespan

I have an express van as my daily workhorse. It has been good to me and not had any major mechanical issues. Anyway the other day I watched the clock as it ticked over to 133,000 miles. I just wondered how many miles the 160 lumps are good for till it will require an overhaul. It doesn't burn oil, or leak. Still pulls ok and other than a bit of a rattle when cold it's still spot on. I service and maintain it regularly, prob more than it needs but I do love the old girl. But it is a workhorse.
Anyone have any idea how many miles these engines are capable of or is it just wait and see. My old Astra van had 255000 on it before i sold it, I know diesels tend to live longer but just wanted people's thoughts.
