I have come across a hardtop that doesn't match the colour of my car. It has a number of chips through to white following being blown about in the wind when the owner was taking it off the car. Most of the damage is on the leading edge bit it would need painted

1 how easy is it to fix these chips?

2 is it worth repairing and painting?

3 is it worth vinyl wrapping the top rather than painting?

There are hard tops about in good condition if I travel so the top can be junked or sold on for its window and clips or to someone more skilled than me
