Sevice Stamps?

Ok, so lots of us do their own servicing of our beloved MG's.
What do you all do about stamping the service record book?
I did my 60K service last year so recorded the mileage, wrote down what I did and then just signed the service book as "Owner serviced" and signed it.
Anyone else do this?
