broken boost gauge ?

Boost cut on a T16. (97_820) is 14.5 ???



I say this coz my gauge reads full boost up to 17 psi lol

The boost controller has no real effect really in lowering it

Now and then I hit the boost cutoff



Is there any way this is possible, or is my old/cheap gauge broken



I bought a new boost controller and still the same crazy psi level

Bought an electronic Boost gauge (not fitted yet)



Are the electronic gauges any good , or should I use a normal pipe one
