Engine Management light on. Fault code P0195

Hey guys.

I was picking up a friend from the station to take her to work. Then I noticed my engine management light was on. The station is only a 10 minute drive to where I work but she seemed very reluctant to climb above 10 to 20 mph. I then got to work and checked over everything I.e oil, coolant etc and that was all fine.



Then started to drive her home and she seemed really reluctant to go above 30 to 40 mph almost coughing to cut out. Had to nurse her home. Where the boyfriend checked her with torque pro and an obd2 reader and it popped up with a cylinder 3 misfire and the above fault code ^^^ which I believe is an engine oil temp sensor fault? Can anyone tell me what this may lead to if not sorted soon? Could it cause HGF?
