Some more advice please: Glue

I'm getting a new (well, second hand but you know what I mean) foglight surround (many thanks Andy) and need to make sure I don't lose it once it's fitted. Does anyone have a recommendation as to how to "glue" it in? I've noticed that the offside is a tad loose and could probably benefit from being better fixed too. Many thanks for all suggestions.
