Hi,



I'm Matt and my wife owns a dark blue MG ZR 120 Auto :)



She is going to be doing her test sons and was struggling with a manual so a cheap auto was located.



I have fixed a lot of the issues, however when replacing the alternator, I shorted it against the ac pipe after forgetting to remove the battery again after moving it out of the sun!



I have out a post in the forum, which is waiting moderation.



However, half the electrics work, half don't. Indicators, lights interior and exterior are ok as is the horn.



Radio, windows, locks. All not working, and of course it won't start! :(



There is lots of good advise on this forum, including the same issue I have, but the original poster never replied to the thread advising the fix. I'll make sure to do this so any one who stumbles upon the thread can see the fix.
