MG ZR Alternator shorted - partial electric loss

Hi all,



Long time lurker, first time poster. Sorry it's a help question!



I was changing out the alternator, moved the car and forgot to disconnect the battery again.



Undoing the positive lead the extension hit the air com pipe.



Everything appears ok, except no start, electric windows, radio, alarm.



Wipers, jets, lights interior and exterior.



I have checked the big 150 fuse, it seems ok?



I can hear the starter relay clicking trying when the key is turned.



I have looked for a wiring diagram but cannot locate one.



Hoping someone has some ideas for things to try? :)
