T300 in the North West

I understand a t300 can be used to program Pectron fobs? If correct is there anyone around the North West or within striking distance who could program a fob for me?

I have 2 keys but only 1 fob which works fine but depend on it. I think I need to acquire a new fob with barcode and then use a t300 in some way. Any intel on this appreciated.
