Exhaust MG TF 115

Hi all,



My MG TF 115 still had the original muffler on it. But lately it has started to make a sort of tjirping noise. Sorry but it is the only way I can describe it.

It is there a little when idling and more when running with neutral throttle or under load changes when running around town. But goes away when going fast(-er). Any thought on what it might be?



And as we are on the subject of mufflers, do any of you recognize this muffler?

Can you tell me what make it might be?







It is for a MK2 F or TF. Well it is advertised as that. Can I fit it to a 1.6 engine without issue?
