Rear fogs not working

Hi guys, hope you can help



I have a 2003 Rover 25 Diesel



Went in for its MOT today and failed on rear fog lights not working.



When you press the button you can hear it click but the light does not come on, nor does the actual fog lights.



I have been reading up about the scu/bcu but as I have the old type of fob I do not think it has a pektron unit.



So any ideas?
