glass slipping on window

hi guys, when shooting down the passenger window it has started slipping out of the door. My suspicion is the regulator is faulty (bent or something)



before i go scrappy can someone confirm its something that cant be fixed?



ive had a look and all thr bolts seem to be tight, theres a fair bit of moment on the reg.
