Oil Leaking quite badly

Hi all,



Was just driving home from work about 15 mins ago and noticed a weird noise coming from my car, Sounded quite like a clicking noise when you have tape stuck on your wheel. When i got home i looked under the car to notice Oil leaking quite badly from underneath, I've only just had an oli and filter change withing the last couple of week and also the downpipe from the manifold replace could it be to do with any of them? Could it be the sump plug that is not in right?
