De-Cat or not De-Cat

Had a quick look on ebay, and aside from the dark-ice pipe, I've seen this one, that looks like a "sports" cat which I assume has a straight pipe going through the middle and the outer case is just for show.



Do you think this will pass an MOT with it being a visual inspection?
