Do they take the miles well tuned?

Been To look at a zs, 138,000 miles, it's got the basic l-series tuning for 160bhp etc + FMIC, it all seems sound and drives well, just wondered if you guys think it will be good for many more miles? had advisories for foggy headlights (mk2) and corroded brake pipes, that doesn't bother me to much, just thought I'd see what you lot reckon....
