Rover 200 consumption problem URGENT

I have Rover 200 1.4 16v from 1998y. I had problem with immobiliser buy another used ECU with 5AS box, after replacing ECU and 5AS box i thing consumption of gasoline is too high 15l/100km.

Does the problem may be in another ECU because MAP sensor inside?

Before replacing ECU consumption was about 8l/100km



Car runs well and has no problem except high fuel consumption.
