Zs 120 cold air feed path

I am going to finally start using my ZS after buying it September 2013 soon and I was wondering how people run there cold air feed for the air filter as mine just seems to end after going out the air box? I was thinking about getting a BMC CDA filter setup but that is probably months anyway so I'll have to make do with what I have for the moment
