It's probably just as easy to reline as it would be to try and repair, all you need to do to remove the headlining is to pull out the "fir" tree plugs at the back and undo the bolts for the roof at the front, there are usually some velcro tabs on the sides which usually come away. I bought an off cut of headlining fabric, some headlining glue and some (I think) 6mm "fir" tree plugs from fleabay and followed a how to guide. Took a few hours and materials cost around £11.00
